Whilst NZ Warbirds is the parent organisation most Warbird aircraft are owned and operated by individual syndicates.
To join a syndicate contact the syndicate directly. They will explain their experience requirements, application to join procedure and financial arrangements. Generally one pays a monthly fee to cover insurance and hangarage and an hourly fee to meet the operational expenses.
Most syndicates include Flight Instructors who conduct Type Ratings, BFRs and Aerobatic Renewals as required.
You don't need military or airline experience and many aircraft are surprisingly affordable.
